Music in the Square with Reza Bashiri – Coquitlam Heritage Society

Join us in Heritage Square as Musician and Songwriter Reza Bashiri performs songs in Farsi, English and Spanish for an unforgettable evening of folk music from Iran.

This year we are also pleased to present an intermission performance by our Kelowna based Poet/Storyteller in Residence Lolu Oyedele! Enjoy his spoken word poetry and learn about his time with us as Artist in Residence this summer.

Snacks & drinks will be available for purchase. A free, fun & family friendly event. Everyone welcome. Bring your lawn chair or a blanket, some chairs are provided on a first come first serve basis.
