Feasts of Coquitlam: Spanish Cuisine – Mackin House Museum

Join Chef Javier Blanc of Paella Guys & Co, born and raised in Madrid, Spain for an evening of learning about paella and Spanish cuisine. For a Feasts of Coquitlam first, this session will take place in the garden under a tent where Chef will cook chicken & vegetable paella on a propane burner, before attendees gather back inside Mackin House to enjoy the meal in our dining room.
