Take a trip back in time and learn about Coquitlam’s past. The City of Coquitlam Archives was founded in 2013 to preserve and create access to records of enduring value. Explore curated online exhibits featuring records from our holdings. Exhibits include the Holstein Herd at Colony Farm and 20th Century scrapbooks.
Day 30
Enjoy takeout for dinner tonight and order from one of Coquitlam’s many different restaurants. Representing our community’s multicultural diversity, from Korean to Japanese and Aphgani, our city has it all. Take your pick from our list of Coquitlam restaurants.
Day 31
Tune in at 5 p.m. for the third of Coquitlam’s Summer Concert Series. Enjoy the show from Bukola Balogun, an 18-year-old musician who blends the sounds of contemporary R&B and Jazz music to create her own soulful sound, and Etienee Siew, who crafts his music from the beauty of the West Coast and forests of B.C. Pick up from a local restaurant and enjoy “dinner and a show” from our restaurant partners Steve’s Poké Bar, Kook’s Cooks, or The Coquitlam Grill and pick up a sweet treat to indulge in afterwards from Coffee + Vanilla.

Choose your own adventure by reading our latest blog post including local spots for a meal or drink, the history of this culture-rich neighbourhood, how to explore by foot and lots of activities to choose from. Day 33
Looking for the perfect Sunday activity? Run, walk, or even skip if you prefer, at the track at Town Centre Park’s Percy Perry stadium. After your exercise, grab a refreshment at the Percy Perry Concession stand or drop by the TCP Eats vendors in Parking Lot D, located off Trevor Wingrove Way. Vendors include Rocky Point Ice Cream, Tornado Potato, Japadog, Gordo’s Concession, and The Jerk Shack. Show us what you got from the food trucks by tagging your photo with #SummerintheCQ Food trucks or carts will be out on weekends until September and some vendors will be on-site during weekdays. Day 34

Day 35
Enjoy a craft beer on the Mariner Brewing patio – it sure looks like someone wants a taste! Don’t have time to lounge on the patio? Pick up a 6 pack of cans to go.
Enjoy your beer with a meal from their generous food menu, or pick up some food-to-go to enjoy with your patio drink. Close by options include Mercado Mexican Market & Taqueria, The Coquitlam Grill and Sushi Town.
