Japanese Chef Takuma Ishikawa created KOKORO Mazesoba in Tokyo Japan in 2013. Soon Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba became popular in Japan where Chef Ishikawa won the Best Mazesoba Award 2014 in Japan. Since then, we have been treating the Tri-Cities community with the experience of having Mazesoba. Mazesoba is translated into mixed noodle and it is ramen without any soup. It has spicy hot minced pork, raw egg yolk, seaweed, chashu, green onion, bamboo shoot, minced garlic and many more ingredients that your tastebuds will enjoy!
