Located in City Centre, close to the Lincoln SkyTrain Station. Dookbaeki’s are traditional Korean stone bowls made from loess used to cook and serve stews. Dookbaeki’s thick walls help insulate heat for the duration of your meal. Every bite will taste as great as the first bite that came out of the kitchen.
Bambada is a modern Korean restaurant offering high end seafood, located at Coquitlam Centre. Bambada is difficult to translate because it is more of a feeling rather than just a word. Directly translated Bambada means Night Sea, but there is a feeling associated with this word, it is when the sea goes calm after sunset and it is this feeling of tranquility that imbues the word Bambada.
The Royal Canadian Legion located in Austin Heights in Coquitlam is open for business. New hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday 12pm – 8pm. Covid-19 precaution measures have been taken, including contact tracing, spacing out of tables, and limiting attendance to 98 guests. At present attendance is restricted to members, and the Ladies Auxiliary. Members are each able to sign in one guest. Meat Draws will take place every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 5pm.
