Soup & Bread: Tour, Cooking Demo & Lunch – Mackin House Museum – Coquitlam Heritage Society

Learn about how to make Mulligatawny Soup with Naan bread from cook Jasbir Maghera who will convey the history of this Indian recipe, which was co-opted by the British. Enjoy a tour of our exhibit Breaking Bread featuring the historical & cultural importance of bread, followed by lunch in our dining room enjoying the soup & bread made during the mini workshop.
