Tour Breaking Bread our current house exhibit and learn about cooking in this fun mini workshop & lunch event. Learn the process of making Matzo ball soup & Matzo Kugel during the Jewish festival of Passover. Matzo Kugel is often made at home and comes from traditional Ashkenazi Jewish communities and Chef Victoria Paikin’s upbringing. Enjoy a tour of our exhibit featuring the historical & cultural importance of bread, followed by lunch in our dining room enjoying the soup & bread made during the mini workshop.
