ScotFestBC: The British Columbia Highland Games

A two-day festival supporting the traditional music, dance, athletics and language of Scottish immigrants to Canada and BC in particular. Highland games started in Scotland 700-years ago and continue today around the world. The British Columbia Highland Games draws the best solo competitors and pipe bands from around the Pacific Northwest, including the SFU Pipe Band. Live Celtic acts includes Ashley MacIsaac in 2024 and Hounds of Cuchulain. The event includes vendors, children’s activities, British cars, whisky school, highland dancing and cultural programs.
