Coexisting Safely with Urban Coyotes – Town Centre Park Community Centre

Coyote breeding season is approaching, and during this time, these fascinating wildlife will be more active as they establish and defend their territories. Residents may notice increased howling and yipping as coyotes communicate with one another, and it is not uncommon to spot coyotes out and about as they search for mates.

The City of Coquitlam has collaborated with the Stanley Park Ecology Society to provide a free information on common misconceptions about urban coyotes, as well as tips to help keep your family and pets safe.
